Governors

Committee Structure

To ensure the aims and objectives of the Charity are achieved, the Governors of the Foundation have formed three non-executive committees: Care and Grants; School; Finance and Audit.

Subject to the Governors' agreement, each committee has the power to add to its number up to three co-opted members who are able to offer special experience relevant to the particular field of that committee.

An Investment Sub-Committee assists in monitoring the Investment Fund Manager's performance and reports to the Finance and Audit Committee.

These committees oversee the operations of the Foundation which include financial and risk management.
