Woodbridge School is a co-educational day school of over 950 pupils between the ages of four and eighteen, whose Senior School of 650 includes a boarding house for 50 pupils from 13+. As a member of HMC, it has the imprimatur of being one of the top schools in the country, and is governed by The Seckford Foundation whose origins can be traced back to the sixteenth century.
Everything we do here is underpinned by a firm objective – to build confidence in our pupils. We want each child to leave here with a belief in themselves. A belief which has been buttressed by their successes and achievements.
Central to those achievements is academic success. But a well rounded education is not solely based on exams. Hence our broad programme of sports, arts, activities, music and an exceptional international cultural exchange programme.
The British Council International School Award and BT Lifelong Learning Award are objective markers of the School’s range of activity in the local and wider community.
We have a clear vision at Woodbridge – to produce well-educated, secure and confident young people who will become the happy and balanced adults of the future.
I hope you will come and meet them for yourself. You will be very welcome.
