Accommodation is in the hundred-year old School House where boarders enjoy home-from-home comforts that include a sitting room, separate TV room, study areas, internet facilities and a kitchen. The bedrooms are bright and airy - some shared, except for A Level students who have the option of a room to themselves.

The Housemaster and matron ensure 24 hour supervision in an intimate, friendly environment.

With a stimulating mix of boarders from the UK and around the world, School House is renowned for its international atmosphere.

Integrating with both boarding and day students, overseas boarders have a unique opportunity to experience a very English culture. Many are invited into English homes during the weekends or half terms, and these visits often seed lifelong friendships.

Applicants most likely to be awarded boarding places will be:

• Students who wish to study four or five AS and three or four A2 Levels
• Talented in either maths, science, music or languages; or at a national standard in rugby, hockey cricket or tennis
• Committed to making the most of the opportunities of an excellent all round education.

Weekly and flexible boarding is available for UK students.
